A fresh new look for Fairport Village Landing!

Our renovation is complete... new signage, updated facade, better lighting, more efficient use of space and overall better visibility. A Fairport destination re-energized that offers a wide variety of retail, restaurant and business services. 

Phase 1

Phase 1 began September 10, 2018 
Construction is completed. Final details such as lighting and awning are still underway. 
No parking for 6 weeks along Main Street from the The Landing Bar and Grille to the Library. 

Phase 2

Exterior improvements to the facade at Skip's Meat Market, Donation Center and the adjacent area next to the Donation Center. Columns reworked and updated.

Phase 3

Exterior improvements to the facade at the Mall's Entrance, Casa Vin'arte, Red Bird Market and the UPS store. 
​Main Street improvements including new and improved lighting, columns, and awning.
